I've called Florida home for nearly nine years, and during that time I've gained hands-on experience through a wide range of handyman, property-maintenance, and remodeling work. I've always enjoyed working with my hands, solving practical problems, and being able to look back at a completed job knowing it was handled with care.
Owning a business has been a personal goal of mine for a long time. I wanted to build something meaningful that would allow me to use my experience, work ethic, and passion for helping people while becoming a deeper part of the community I call home.
That desire became Suncoast Property Service Group.
I created Suncoast to help landlords, property managers, investors, seasonal residents, and homeowners handle the practical work that often falls between full property management and major construction. Properties regularly need preparation, minor maintenance, cleanouts, exterior care, documentation, recurring visits, and someone local who will communicate clearly and take responsibility for the work.
For me, this business is about much more than completing a list of tasks. It is about earning trust, treating people fairly, respecting every property I enter, and building relationships that can last for years.
Suncoast may be a new company, but the values behind it are not new. Hard work, honesty, pride in the result, and doing what you say you will do have always mattered to me. Those are the values I want this company to represent as it grows.

Why I Started Suncoast
Property owners are often forced to coordinate several different people just to prepare, maintain, or check on one property. A turnover may involve a cleanout, minor maintenance, exterior cleaning, documentation, and access for other vendors — all while the owner or property manager is trying to keep track of schedules and updates.
I saw an opportunity to make that process simpler.
Suncoast was created to provide one organized local point of contact for the practical property services that need to get done. The goal is not to replace full property management, licensed trades, home inspectors, or major contractors. The goal is to provide dependable field support, clear communication, and thoughtful care for the property.
